1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour, hiking expedition, overnight camping experience, or island adventure through aliciapanoramicpark.com (operated by TAPP Tours in cooperation with local community guides in Alicia, Bohol, Philippines), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your reservation and payment.
2. Bookings, Pricing & Payments
- All tour prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon successful verification of payment through our secure payment gateway partners (PayMongo).
- Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact details, including active email addresses and mobile numbers, to receive meeting instructions and guide coordination updates.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We maintain a strict cancellation policy to ensure fair compensation for our local guides and logistics teams:
- Less than 24 Hours Notice: No refund will be made for cancellations or no-shows made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time.
- 24 Hours and Beyond: Refunds are available for cancellation requests made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour time.
- Deductions & Processing Fees: Any approved refund is subject to a 30% administrative and payment gateway fee, which will be permanently deducted from the total payment amount.
4. Weather, Safety & Force Majeure
Outdoor mountain trekking, camping, and island activities are weather-dependent. Alicia Panoramic Park reserves the right to cancel, modify, or postpone itineraries due to inclement weather (e.g., typhoons, heavy storms), government advisories, or safety hazards. In cases of park-initiated cancellations due to safety or force majeure, guests will be offered a rescheduling option or a full refund minus minimal third-party gateway processing fees.
5. Limitation of Liability & Accident Waiver
Outdoor hiking, camping, and island excursions involve inherent physical risks, including uneven terrain, steep mountain ridges, changing weather conditions, and marine activities.
By participating in any tour or entering the park premises, you acknowledge these risks and agree that aliciapanoramicpark.com, its management, partner operators, local guides, and affiliates shall not be held accountable or legally liable for any accident, injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property arising from any cause whatsoever during your visit or tour.
6. Participant Health & Fitness
Guests are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness level before participating in mountain treks or hiking trails. Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions (such as severe asthma, heart conditions, or mobility limitations) must consult a physician prior to booking and notify our team in advance.
7. Code of Conduct & Leave No Trace
All visitors are expected to respect local communities, wildlife, and natural park resources. Littering, damaging flora and fauna, or failure to follow instructions given by certified local guides may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.
